| The Kaye's have been looking after my vehicles since I was introduced to Magnum via my car broker in 2007. More importantly, they have looked after my needs as a client who needs her vehicle to run her business. Uzzi is so pragmatic! His no-nonsense approach & straight talk always leave me clear about my options. He always shows me the problem & explains as much or as little as I want. When I had to replace my last vehicle after the trauma of a collision, Uzzi's avuncular concern gently coached me into making a timely & budget sensitive purchase from a trusted vendor. Uzzi did not have to show the care & concern that he did, let alone set me up with a vendor that was in no way beneficial to him. The result is that I am better equipped to run my design business with the 2006 Town & Country van Uzzi researched & recommended than I was with my totalled Mercedes station wagon. When my back windshield was completely blown out by the hail storm that afected thousands of Calgarians, within an hour, Uzzi personally escorted me to an associate's business to fast track my repair; I had my vehicle within 24 hours!! Although I am older than Uzzi, he takes care of me & my vehicle like my car fanatic Dad use to... It does not get any better than that! Haggit not only adjusts my service bookings to suit my schedule, she always makes sure that the applicable rebate forms are filled out & ready for submission to help with out with costs. | always great service - the team shows you the old parts that have been removed and takes the time to explain why it was replaced. Vehicles are always returned clean and fixed. I've recommended Magnum Auto to many friends. |
